We require a credit card for booking. Your credit card is verified but will not be charged until the time of check out. You may use your gift card, another credit card or cash at the time of check out. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
We ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged a flat rate of $50. If cancelling services for more than one person, please indicate all reservations being cancelled.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to fill out any needed medical forms. If running late to an appointment, your appointment time may need to be shortened if your provider is booked directly after. Please allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy your scheduled appointment!
Gift certificates are redeemable for products or MedSpa services.
Our treatment areas are designed for relaxation. We respectfully request that children and or pets do not accompany you to your MedSpa appointments.
When booking a service with a Nurse you have never seen, please make sure to book your service with a Consult included to provide enough time for your appointment.
